Dish 42 Pineapple Chicken

Since I made this back in April or May, I don't remember a whole lot about it, but as you can probably guess it had pineapples and chicken in it.  It was pretty good.  In fact, I should make it again sometime as I liked it.  I did take a picture of it, but it didn't come out that good.  In my fact my fiancé thought the picture looked awful and not good enough to post on my blog so it is not included. For a girl who likes to take pictures, I'm not very good with the food pictures.
